We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) using trusted carriers to ensure your gear arrives ready for action.

Shipping Options & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties, which are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our performance footwear with an athlete’s confidence. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our streamlined returns process moves as fast as our lightest running shoes.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition (unworn with tags attached)
  • Original packaging (including shoebox) must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Important:

For hygiene reasons, sandals, slides & slippers marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return Process (3 Simple Steps)

Step 3: Receive Refund or Exchange

Processing begins immediately upon receipt:

  • Refunds: Issued within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval

Refund Details

Your refund will be processed through your original payment method:
