Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:

  • In original condition (unworn with tags attached)
  • In original packaging (including shoebox)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, sandals, slides & slippers marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Step 2: Package & Ship

After receiving your return authorization:

  1. Repackage items in original packaging (including the shoebox)
  2. Include the original invoice or packing slip
  3. Ship to our warehouse (address will be provided in authorization email)

Step 3: Receive Refund or Exchange

Processing begins immediately upon receipt at our facility:

  • Refunds: Issued within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval

Your refund will be processed through your original payment method:

Exchange Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Available for exchanges over $50 via EMS

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
