Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:
- In original condition (unworn with tags attached)
- In original packaging (including shoebox)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package & Ship
After receiving your return authorization:
- Repackage items in original packaging (including the shoebox)
- Include the original invoice or packing slip
- Ship to our warehouse (address will be provided in authorization email)
Step 3: Receive Refund or Exchange
Processing begins immediately upon receipt at our facility:
- Refunds: Issued within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval

Exchange Shipping

International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
